`on September7, 1999. While the application sought registration on the basis of Section
`44(e), claimed priority of Italian Application50308/C-90 and a certified copy of the,
`Italian registration with translation was made part of the file, a Notice of Allowantfe"
`erroneously issued on November 30, 1999.

`This error went undetected, and applicant has been filing requests for, and
`obtaining, extensions of time to file statements of use.
`
`The above application was assigned by the original applicant, Ferrari S.p.A., to
`Ferrari Idea S.A., and Ferrari Idea S.A. has assigned the application back to Ferrari
`S.p.A., in whose name it currently stands. Correspondingly, the Italian registration was
`assigned by Ferrari S.p.A. to Ferrari Idea S.A., renewed by Ferrari Idea S.A. and assigned
`by Ferrari Idea S.A. back to Ferrari S.p.A. Certified copies of the certificate of renewal
`and of the assignments, with English translations, are submitted herewith.
