`BACKWODDS ently. Had the carted regisuafian nurnber been stated, namely, Registration No. 1,164,008, the

`assignment records ofthe oases would have correctly reflected that Censolidated Cigar Corporaliun, the new name

`of Cougar Manufacturing Company, Inc., was, in fact, the owner of record of the BACKWOODS registration.

`The aforetuaniuned respunse to the prior notice was timely filed. Our dockding dark, as reflected by the
