`To the Cmnmissioner of Patents:
`Your petitioner, Jaguar Cars Limited (former-
`ly S. S. Cars Limited), a company organized and
`registered under the laws of the United Kingdom
`of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, located
`at , Coventry, War-
`wickshire, England, and doing business at Swal-
`low Road, Holbrook Lane, Coventry, Warwick-
`shire, England, has adopted and used the trade-
`mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for
`AUTOMOBILES, AN& AND
`PARTS THEREOF,
`in Class 19, Vehicles. and
`presents herewith five specimens showing the
`trade-mark as actually used by applicant upon
`the goods. and requests that the same be, regis-
`tered in the United States Patent Oflice in ac-
`cordance with the -act of February 20, 1905.
`The trade-mark has been continuously used
`and applied to said goods in the business of ap-
`plicant and its predecessor since 1935.
`The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the
`goods, or to the packages containing the same,
`by placing thereon a printed label on which the
`trade-mark is shown. by ‘use of stencils. decalco-
`manias, by molding the trade-mark into the
`goods and in divers other ways.
`
`Said trade-mark has been registered in Eng-
`land, No. 625,805, dated October 13, 1943.
`E. F‘. Wenderoth, Esq., whose postal address is
`900 F street N. W.. Washington, D. C., is desig-
`nated as applicant's representative on whom
`process or notice of proceedings affecting the
`right to ownership of said trade-mark brought
`under the laws of the United States may be
`served.
`The undersigned hereby appoints Langner.
