Thereafter, in an email to Amazon dated May 15, 2014 (copy attached hereto as Exhibit 6), Mr. Abecassis provided an unlisted (i.e., private and not publicly accessible without knowledge of the precise URL) www.YouTube.com link to the ninety-second video.
Claim 4 of the ’950 patent covers “[t]he apparatus of claim 2, wherein the Case 9:17-cv-80884-KAM Document 1 Entered on FLSD Docket 07/27/2017 Page 34 of 72 CustomPlay, LLC v. Amazon.com, Inc. apparatus further performs the steps of: pausing the playing in response to the request for additional information; and resuming the playing at a beginning of a video clip that is responsive to the request for additional information, the video clip comprises a plurality of contiguous shots.” Ex. 2, col. 34, ll. 6-13.
