Commissioner for Trademarks Application No. 97/608,752 marks, as well as numerous trademark and service mark registrations and applications worldwide for a variety of the terms BILLY WALTERS in International Classes 9 and 41 in connection with providing information on sports, sports betting, and gambling.

Upon information and belief, WalterPicks LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 8 McNeil Circle, Hopkinton, Massachusetts 01748, (“Applicant”).

By the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board: WalterPicks LLC’s motion, filed July 19, 2024, to suspend this proceeding for 60 days is granted.

Accordingly, proceedings are suspended, subject to the right of either party to request resumption at any time.1 Trademark Rule 2.117(c).
