Thereafter, said mortgage was modified by a Loan Modification Agreement dated January 10, 2019 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk’s Office on March 4, 2019 in Book 23008 at Page 438 to form a new principal balance of $202,564.41.
The mortgage was then modified by a Loan Modification Agreement signed on September 16, 2021 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk’s Office on December 10, 2021 in Book 23354 at Page 674 to form a new principal balance of $230,888.90.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the mortgaged premises affected by the said foreclosure action, were at the time of the commencement of this action and at the time of the filing of this Notice situated in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, designated as 35 Brooklyn Ave, Wyandanch, NY 11798 designated as District 0100, Section 055.00, Block 01.00, Lot 101.000, and are more fully described in Schedule A annexed hereto.
