NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action was commenced upon the Complaint of the above Plaintiff against the above-named defendants and is now pending in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester, for the foreclosure of a mortgage executed on February 26, 2019 by Juan Medina in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a nominee for FM Home Loans, LLC.
