PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the annexed verified petition of NY Major Construction &
Development Co., verified September 30, 2022 and upon the exhibits attached to the petition, the petitioner will request this Court at 9:30 a.m. on the 29th day of November, 2022 at the Courthouse located at 360 Adams Street, Brooklyn, New York at an IAS for a judgment pursuant to Lien Law section 59 discharging and vacating the mechanic’s liens filed June 24, 2022 by Respondent against the property of petitioner at 1575 46th Street, Brooklyn, New York, County of Kings, Block 5433, Lot 46, and such other relief as the Court deems just.
Please take notice that answering papers that pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), answering affidavits, if any, must be served upon the undersigned at least seven days prior to the return date of this motion.
