Motion to Extend Time
Plaintiff MARCY C. (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants EXTENDED STAY AMERICA, INC., ESA P PORTFOLIO L.L.C., and ESA P PORTFOLIO OPERATING LESSEE LLC (collectively “ESA”), by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby agree and stipulate as follows: On November 1, 2024, ESA filed two motions to dismiss Plaintiff’s complaint.
Plaintiff’s responses to those motions to dismiss are presently due today, November 15, 2024.
However, Plaintiff requires additional time to respond because ESA indicated it will not join the pending Stipulation and Order to Stay Case.
