JENNIFER H. REARDEN, District Judge: The Court, having been advised that the parties have reached a settlement in principle, see ECF No. 30, hereby ORDERS that the above-entitled action be and is hereby DISMISSED and discontinued without costs, and without prejudice to the right to reopen the action within 30 days of the date of this Order if the settlement is not consummated.
Any request for the Court to schedule a settlement conference must be made within 30 days of the date of this Order.
Further, requests to extend the deadline to reopen are unlikely to be granted.
Pursuant to Paragraph 6.C of the Court’s Individual Rules and Practices for Civil Cases, unless the Court orders otherwise, the Court will not retain jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement unless it is made part of the public record.
The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE the case.

Motion for Protective Order
person ofits right to object to any discovery request; (b) a waiver of any privilege or protection; or (c) a ruling regarding the admissibility attrial of any document, testimony, or other evidence.
Nor does anything in this Protective Order limitor restrict the rights of any person to use or disclose information or material obtained independently from, and not through or pursuantto, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Nothing herein shall preclude the producing person from asserting legal claims or constitute a waiveroflegal rights or defenses in the eventoflitigation arising out of the receiving person’s failure to appropriately protect PII from unauthorized disclosure.
Within 30 days of the final disposition of this action, all Discovery Material designated Confidential or Attorneys’ Eyes Only, andall copies thereof, shall promptly be returned to the producing person.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction overall persons subject to this Protective Order to the extent necessary to enforce any obligations arising hereunder, or to impose sanctions for any contemptthereof.
