By the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board: On June 1, 2021, Applicant filed a proposed amendment to its application Serial No. 88960115, with Opposer's consent, and Opposer's withdrawal of the opposition with prejudice, contingent upon entry of the amendment.

By the proposed amendment, Applicant seeks to amend the identification of goods, (deletions are in strike-thorough) FROM - Marketing intelligence software featuring dashboards, namely, downloadable software for visualizing advertising and marketing campaign analytics; downloadable software for creating and assessing marketing campaigns; computer software for data collection, data management, data analytics, and data visualization TO - Marketing intelligence software featuring dashboards, namely, downloadable software for visualizing advertising and marketing campaign analytics; downloadable software for creating and assessing marketing campaigns; computer software for data analytics and data visualization.

The amendment is limiting in nature, as required by Trademark Rule 2.71(a).

Because Opposer consents thereto, the amendment is approved and entered.

The contingency in Opposer's withdrawal having now been met, the opposition is dismissed with prejudice in accordance with the agreement between the parties.
