nmBPWONO SofeoSN The parties stipulate to, and submit this proposed orderfor, a stay of six monthsofall.
WHEREAS,in the past six months, the parties have made good progress in resolving cases comprising this coordinated proceeding; WHEREAS,the parties have agreed on a process for continuing their resolution efforts going forward; and WHEREAS,Plaintiffs’ Leadership Counsel and Lyft agree thatall activities in this coordinated proceeding should be stayed for six months to permit them to continue their resolution efforts consistent with the process they have developed.
Thestay is for all purposes such that a period of six months will be added to the deadline to bring each of thecoordinated cases to trial under California Code of Civil Procedure § 583.310.
Following the meeting with Judge Wiss,the parties shall provide a status update to the Court, to include a proposal on how the proceeding shall be conducted going forward.
Consistent with California Rules of Court 3.529(b) and 3.544(d), all cases coordinated in this proceeding, except those selected as bellwethers, shall be and remain stayed.
