No. 01208613567 MOTION [2049704] for summary affirmance filed by Google LLC (Service Date: 04/16/2024 by US ...

Document USA, et al v. Google LLC, 24-5006, No. 01208613567 (D.C. Cir. Apr. 16, 2024)
Alternatively, Google respectfully requests that the Court summarily affirm the District Court’s orders subject to those Supplemental Notices of Appeal.
For example, in Mr. Greenspan’s motion for joinder he characterized himself alternatively as a “Plaintiff” or “Prospective Plaintiff” and apparently sought to join as defendants a number of law firms and a former assistant attorney general who served as in-house counsel to a non-party.
In all events, the District Court properly resolved each of the frivolous motions referenced in the Supplemental Notices of Appeal, and its January 25, 2024 orders should be affirmed.
There is nothing to reconsider with regard to ECF No. 794 because the District Court granted the motion in question and took judicial notice of the documents that Mr. Greenspan filed.
As indicated above and in Google’s February 26, 2024 Motion for Summary Affirmance, the District Court correctly denied Mr. Greenspan’s request for reconsideration of the determination that intervention is unwarranted after giving due consideration to the materials he filed.
