Defendants August Mack Environmental, Inc. and Environmental Field Services, Inc. (collectively, “August Mack”) have moved the Court to lift the pending stay in this matter for the purpose of resolving August Mack’s March 29, 2023 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Hartford Iron & Metal, Inc.’s (“Hartford Iron”) claims, setting a briefing schedule on that motion, and scheduling a hearing consistent with Trial Rule

The stay is hereby lifted for the purpose of deciding August Mack’s Motion to Dismiss.

Hartford Iron’s response to August Mack’s Motion to Dismiss shall be due thirty (30) days after the date of this order.
