This Stipulation is made and entered into between Buddig and Caesars on one hand and Mar-Jac Poultry on the other.
This Stipulation relates to Carl Buddig & Co., Inc. v. Tyson Foods, Inc., et al, Case No. 20-cv-7419, and Caesars Enterprise Services LLC v. Tyson Foods, Inc., et al, Case No. 20-cv- 7423.
In accordance with Rule 41(a)(l)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties stipulate and agree to the dismissal, with prejudice, of Buddig and Caesars’ actions against Mar-Jac Poultry and all claims against Mar-Jac Poultry asserted therein, with each party to this Stipulation bearing its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
This Stipulation has no bearing on Buddig or Caesars’ claims in their actions against Defendants other than Mar-Jac Poultry.

Supply Management Services, Inc. v. Koch Foods, Inc. et al., Case No. 21-cv-01170 The parties in the above-captioned action, through their counsel, stipulate to the following and respectfully request this Court’s approval of their stipulation:
This Stipulation is between, on the one hand, Direct Action Plaintiff Supply Management Services, Inc. (“SMS”) and, on the other hand, Defendants George’s, Inc. and George’s Farms, Inc. (collectively, “George’s”).
This Stipulation relates to Supply Management Services, Inc. v. Koch Foods, Inc. et al., Case No. 21-cv-01170 (collectively, the “SMS Action”).
In accordance with Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, SMS and George’s stipulate and agree to the dismissal, with prejudice, of the SMS Action against George’s and claims against George’s asserted therein (including claims asserted by SMS in the Track 2 Direct Action Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Consolidated Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial), with each side bearing its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
This Stipulation of Dismissal, with prejudice, has no bearing on SMS’s claims against Defendants other than George’s.
