Motion to Withdraw as Counsel
NOW COMES the undersigned, David Brown, who files this Motion for Leave to Withdraw as counsel of record for Sgt.
Anna Lange.
As grounds for said Motion, the undersigned states that his last day at the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund (“TLDEF”) is March 8th, 2024.
Plaintiff-Appellee will continue to be represented by Gabriel Arkles from TLDEF, as well as all counsel who have entered a notice of appearance on behalf of Plaintiff-Appellee, and no party will be prejudiced by this withdrawal.
