Stretto immediately initiated an internal investigation, which preliminarily determined that the account had been subject to unauthorized access.
Since discovering the Incident, Stretto began working with external cybersecurity professionals to conduct a thorough and detailed investigation.
A critical focus of the investigation was to identify the extent to which information held by Stretto in connection with this matter may have been impacted.
The analysis of the forensic evidence conducted by Stretto’s cybersecurity professionals concluded on May 6, 2024, and on May 13, 2024, Stretto received a confidential report of the investigation.
Stretto reviewed the findings of the investigation, and on May 14, 2024, concluded that information related to this bankruptcy matter was impacted by the Incident.
