(“Anderson”) as special insurance counsel to Joseph W. Grier, III, the Future Claimants’ Representative in the above-referenced chapter 11 cases (the “FCR”).

No. 171) (the “Interim Compensation Order”), and no other or further notice is required, (d) the compensation requested in the Application is reasonable and reflects actual and necessary services rendered by Anderson on behalf of the FCR during the period from February 1, 2022 through May 31, 2022 (the “Compensation Period”), (e) the expenses for which reimbursement is sought in the Application reflect actual and necessary expenses incurred by Anderson during the Compensation Period on behalf of the FCR, and (f) the Application fully complies with the Interim Compensation Order, the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, and this Court’s Local Rules and Compensation Guidelines; and the Court having determined that the legal and factual bases set forth in the Application establish just cause for the relief granted herein;
The Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all matters arising from or related to the implementation, enforcement, or interpretation of this Order.
