Those responsibilities includeall hiring,firing, staffing, and scheduling ofstaff and employees necessary to operate Rolling Hills.
It must also be noted that there is no evidence whatsoever that Mr. Kalfas was suffering from an opioid drug addiction and was incompetent while Mr. Bryant wasaresidentat Rolling Hills.
Accordingly, the District Court of Rogers County properly entered summary judgmentin favor of Frank Sullivan,Jr.
