There presently remains before the Court two actions which were neither settled nor dismissed by the final judgment entered on June 13, 2019; specifically Kirschner v. Murphy, N0.

Counts 1 and 2 sought to avoid executive transition payments made to the defendants as preferential and fraudulent transfers under sections 547 and 548 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Finally, Count 4 asserted claims to avoid Tribune’s indemnification obligations as fraudulent under the Bankruptcy Code.
