THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the application of Karen A. Confoy, Esq. (Movant), counsel for plaintiff, for the pro hac vice admission of Jeffrey M. Gould pursuant to Local Civil Rule 101.1 (ECF No. 76); and the Court having considered the submissions in support of the application, which reflect that Jeffrey M. Gould satisfies the requirements set forth in Local Civil Rule 101.1(c); and the Court being advised that counsel for defendant consents to this application (ECF No. 76-2); and for good cause shown, IT IS on this 19th day of October 2022 ORDERED that: 1.

The application for the pro hac vice admission of Jeffrey M. Gould (ECF No. 76) is GRANTED.

Counsel Pro Hac Vice is deemed to consent to the appointment of the Clerk of the Court as the agent upon whom service of process may be made for all actions that may arise from said attorney’s participation in this case.

The Movant shall: (a) be counsel of record in this case in accordance with Local Civil Rule 101.1(c); (b) be served all papers in this case and such service shall be deemed sufficient service upon Counsel Pro Hac Vice; and (c) sign (or arrange for an attorney admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey to sign) all pleadings, briefs, and other papers submitted to this Court.

Hac Vice shall pay $150.00 to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for admission pro hac vice in accordance with Local Civil Rule 101.1(c)(3) within 14 days of the entry of this Order.
