Complaint

On March 8, 2016, Plaintiff entered into a residential lease with Defendant for a property located at 5408 Pali Way, St. Pete Beach, Pinellas County, Florida 33706.

Defendant materially breached the contract by entering the premises, causing the electricity to turn off, and failing to return the full security deposit.

Defendant’s breach of contract caused Plaintiff to suffer damages and Defendant has improperly withheld additional rents.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court enter a judgment for damages against Defendant for breach of contract and a return of additional rents Withheld, plus all costs incurred, attorneys’ fees and interest.

Defendant violated Fla. Stat. §§ 83.49, 83.53 and 83.67 by frequently accessing the premises, causing the electricity to turn off, and Withholding the security deposit.
