Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee on behalf of the Trust (the “Trustee”), and Defendant Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC, as Successor-in-Interest to Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Inc. (“Morgan Stanley”), stipulate to entry of this Order through their counsel, due notice having been given and the Court being duly advised of the premises; Whereas, on May 15, 2017, the parties informed the Court that a settlement in principle of this case has been reached and submitted a Proposed Agreed Order (Dkt.

134) seeking a continuance of all pre-trial deadlines for 60 days; Whereas the Court granted a 60—day stay from May 15, 2017 (Dkt.

The parties shall submit a joint letter to the Court on October 10, 2017 to report on the progress of the settlement process.
