On this day, the Court held a trial on the merits ofthe ahove-entitled Alter considering the testimony presented, the arguments ofcounsel, and the pleadings on file with the Court, this Court finds that ajudgment in favor ofPlaintiffs Paul Wray and Tina Hecht against Defendant Abri Health Services, LLC (‘Defendant”) is proper and thatjudgment therefore should and numbered cause.
4‘ - (“Wray”) shall have and recover fiorn Defendantin the amount'of$754,087.60 and attorneys” fees in the amount of $19,450.00 plus $15,000 in fees ifDefendant appeals to a Texas Court ofAppeals, and Wray is the successful litigant therein; $10,000 in fees ifa Petition for Review is filed with the Texas Supreme Court and Wray'is the successful litigant therein; and $10,000 if a Petition for Reviewis'gran-tedand wrayis the successful litigant before the Texas Supreme Court.
Wray shall recover costs of court fi'om Defendant with interest on the above sums at a rate of 8.5% per annum until the date 'the judgment is paid.
This Final Judgment disposes of all parties and claims before the Court and is final and appealable for all purposes.
