This matter having come before the Court on June 26, 2020, on the motion of Lead Counsel for an award of expenses, the Court, having considered all papers filed and proceedings conducted herein, having found the Settlement of this Litigation to be fair, reasonable and adequate, and otherwise being fully informed in the premises and good cause appearing therefore; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that:
The Court hereby awards Lead Counsel expenses in the amount of $340,000, plus the interest earned on the awarded amount at the same rate as that earned on the Settlement Fund until paid.
The awarded expenses and interest earned thereon, shall be paid to Lead Counsel subject to the terms, conditions, and obligations of the Stipulation, and in particular, ¶7.2 thereof, which terms, conditions, and obligations are incorporated herein.
Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §78u-4(a)(4), the Court awards $20,000 total to Lead Plaintiffs Indiana Public Retirement System, Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund and Indiana Public Employees’ Retirement Fund from the Settlement Fund for the time they spent directly related to their representation of the Class.
The Court has considered the objection to the expense award filed by defendant Leidos, Inc., and finds it to be without merit for the reasons stated on the record during the June 26, 2020 hearing.

A final approval hearing is scheduled to take place in this matter on June 26, 2020.
In their sur-reply in response to Defendant’s objection reply, Lead Counsel stated that “there is no question [Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, P.L.L.C] performed the appellate work Lead Counsel has described or that Lead Counsel incurred and paid the expenses associated with that work.
Should the Court require further substantiation of those expenses, Lead Counsel would, of course, provide it.” Dkt. No. 199 at 2.
Lead Counsel is directed to file such further substantiation of those expenses by June 24, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

Lead Plaintiffs requested in a letter dated May 5, 2020 (ECF No. 209) that the Court issue an order confirming that the final settlement hearing in this securities class action will be conducted telephonically in accordance with the Court’s Emergency Individual Rules and Practices in Light of COVID-19.
Lead Plaintiffs further request that the order provide that Lead Plaintiffs will publish on the home page of the settlement website, www.SAICSecuritiesSettlement.com, the call- in information to participate in the telephonic hearing.
The hearing to consider final approval of the Settlement in this Litigation, approval of the Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel’s motion for expenses, and related matters (the “Hearing”) scheduled for June 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. will be conducted by telephone at the date and time previously scheduled.
Lead Counsel shall notify Class Members of the call-in number to participate in the Hearing by publishing a prominent notice on the home page of the settlement website, www.SAICSecuritiesSettlement.com.
If any objections to the Settlement are received, Lead Counsel shall directly notify the objectors of the access information for the Hearing.

WHEREAS, a hearing on Lead Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Settlement is currently scheduled for April 2, 2020; and WHEREAS, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated restrictions on travel and the congregation of groups of people, the Court has issued an order adjourning the April 2, 2020 hearing to a date on or after June 15, 2020; and WHEREAS, in order to notify the Class of the adjourned hearing date, Lead Counsel proposes to issue a press release on the Business Wire, a copy of which is attached hereto, and to update the settlement website, www.SAICSecuritiesSettlement.com with the new hearing date and time; and WHEREAS, the Court has reviewed the proposed press release and finds it sufficiently informs Class Members of the adjourned date and provides adequate notice of the adjourned date to satisfy due process requirements; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

A final approval hearing is scheduled to take place in this matter on April 2, 2020.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated restrictions on travel and the congregation of groups of people, the Court will adjourn the final approval hearing to a date to be determined.
The Court directs that counsel for the parties confer and provide the Court the following: (1) proposed dates and times for the final approval hearing, which should be no earlier than June 15, 2020; (2) a proposed plan to notify class members of the adjourned hearing date; and (3) a proposed order and form of notice to class members regarding the adjourned date.
To the extent that the parties believe that no such notice to class members is required, they are directed to submit their views and supporting legal precedent to the Court by the same date.
