Defendants 888 Syndicate, LLC (“888”), DLiu Construction Corp. (“DLiu”), Yuflux Engineering, P.C., and Ronald Yu (collectively, “Yu,” and together with 888 and DLiu,the “Settling Defendants’) and Plaintiffs Chad Nam and Dorothee Poetter (collectively, “Plaintiffs,” and together with the Settling Defendants, the “Settling Parties’) stipulate as follows: WHEREAS,a settlement agreement(the “Settlement Agreement”) was reached among the Settling Defendants and Plaintiffs; WHEREAS, the Settling Defendants have each filed a Motion for Determination of Good Faith Settlement pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure § 887.6 (collectively, the “Motions”); WHEREAS, DLiu’s and ‘Yu’s Motionswereinitially set for hearing on March 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in Department301; WHEREAS,on March 6, 2025, the Clerk of Court of Department 301 ordered DLiu’s and Yu’s Motionstransferred to be heard in Department 501 on March 21, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.; WHEREAS,888’s Motionis currently set for hearing on March 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.in Department 301; WHEREAS,the Settling Parties agree there is good cause to consolidate the hearings for the Motions to March 27, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in Department 501; THEREFORE,IT HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED TO amongthe Settling Parties:
