WHEREAS, this matter was previously stayed on September 5, 2017, pending final resolution of Investigation No. 337-TA-1067 by the United States International Trade Commission and any judicial review thereof, ECF No. 21; WHEREAS, the parties have submitted periodic status letters, keeping the Court apprised of those proceedings, see, e.g., ECF Nos. 25-27, 29-32, 34-39; WHEREAS, following the parties’ March 3, 2021 status letter, ECF No. 39, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued its decision in Caterpillar Prodotti Stradali S.R.L.
v. Int’l Trade Comm’n, 847 F. App’x 893 (Fed. Cir. 2021); and WHEREAS, in their June 25, 2021 status letter, ECF No. 42, the parties indicate that they “are now engaged in negotiations to dismiss this action and ask that the Court continue the stay while productive conversations remain ongoing”;
