`Submitted herewith in the above-identified application pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §1.555 is
`an Information Disclosure Statement including Form PTO/SB/08 Equivalentlisting 9 references
`for consideration. Compact disks (CDs) having electronic copies of each of the references are
`attached in duplicate.
`
`Reference Numbers 1-3 are videos, which are included in electronic form on a single CD.
`These videos are in the IBM PC format, and will run with currently-available media player
`software, including Windows Media Player.
`
`References 4-9 are computer software, and each referenceis included in electronic form
`on its own CD. Each software program is in the IBM-PC format, and is configured to run on the
`“Windows95”operating system.
`
`As noted previously, the above-identified patent is the subject of pending litigation in
`the following lawsuit: Silver State Intellectual Properties, Inc. v. Garmin International, Inc. and
`Garmin USA, Inc., Case No. 2:11-cv-1578-PMP-PAL (D. Nev.). The above-identified patent was
`also the subject of litigation in the following lawsuit (now closed): Silver State Intellectual
`Properties, Inc. v. TomTom, Inc., Case No. 2:11-cv-1581-PMP-PAL(D. Nev.).

`At least some of the referenceslisted on the accompanying Form SB/08 were produced
`by one or more of the defendants in the lawsuits. For example, references 1-3, bearing Bates
`Numbersstarting with “GARM”, were produced by defendant Garmin. Also, these references
`were discussed in the document dated 11/22/2013 and entitled: “Expert Report of William R.
`Michalson, Ph.D. Regarding The Invalidity of U.S. Patent Nos... .” This Report was submitted
`by an expert on behalf of Defendant Garmin, arguing that the ‘812 patent and other patents are
`invalid. Patent Owner submitted this Report in an Information Disclosure Statement (IDS)
`submitted on August 19, 2014. There were multiple IDSs submitted by Patent Owner on that
`date; this Report is referred to as Cite No. 34in its particular Form PTO/SB/08 Equivalent, which
`is dedicated to listing litigation documents.
