`interchangeable posterior module. The anterior module can be adapted to support at least one

`lens in a wearer’s field of view. The interchangeable posterior module can be adaptedto fit

`against a contour of the wearer’s face and be selectively interchangeable with the anterior
`
`module to modify at

`least one physical characteristic of the eyewear.

`Further, some

`embodiments provide a wearer-actuatable fastening mechanism to interconnect the anterior
`
`module with the posterior module. Some embodiments can provide a latch member for
`
`coupling the lens to the anterior module. Furthermore, some embodiments can provide an
`
`airflow system for improving ventilation and reducing fogging of the eyewear.
