`
`Accordingly, allowance of the present application and the sole claim therein are
`
`Conclusion
`
`respectfully requested.
`
`It is submitted that all of the pending issues have been addressed. However, the absence
`
`of a reply to a specific rejection,
`
`issue or comment does not signify agreement with or
`
`concession of that rejection, issue or comment.
`
`In addition, because the arguments made above
`
`may not be exhaustive, there may be reasons for patentability of the design claim that have not
`
`been expressed. Finally, nothing in this reply should be construed as an intention to concede any
`
`issue with regard to any claim, except as specifically stated in this reply, and the amendment of
`
`any claim does not necessarily signify concession of unpatentability of the design claim prior to
`
`its amendment. Accordingly, entry of the amendments and allowance of the claim are
`
`respectfully requested.
`
`Should the Examinerbelieve that anything further would be beneficial in order to place
`
`this application in even better condition for examination and allowance, the Examineris invited
`
`to contact Applicant’s undersigned representatives at the telephone numberlisted below.
