`Reproduction 1.8 has been amendedto disclaim the beater blades, and the specification

`has been amended to includea brokenline statement, as suggested by the Examiner. No new
`
`matter has been added.

`Claim Rejections 35 U.S.C. § 112
`

`The Examinerrejected the claim under 35 U.S.C. § 112 (a) and (b) as beingindefinite
`
`and non-enabling. Specifically, the Examinerasserted that the scope of protection sought by the
`
`claim cannot be understood due to the beater blades depicted in Reproduction 1.8. Without
`
`acquiescenceto the Examinerassertion, Reproduction 1.8 has been amendedto convert the
`
`beater blades to brokenline, deemphasize the area betweenthe broken lines and to rotate the
`
`orientation of the reproduction such that it fits within the margin requirements . The specification
`
`has also been amendedto include the brokenline statement as suggested by the Examiner.

`Applicant respectfully requests that the rejections be reconsidered and withdrawnin view ofthe
`
`amendment.

`Each and every ground of each objection and rejection in the outstanding office action

`has been addressed herein. To the extent a particular argument in support of an objection or

`rejection by the Examineris not expressly addressed, that argument is moot in view of the

`foregoing and Applicant does not acquiesce to any such argument.

`In view of the foregoing Amendment and remarks, Applicant respectfully submits that

`the present application is in condition for allowance and such action is respectfully requested.
