`The Examinerrejected the claim as follows:

`The claimis indefinite and non-enabling due te FIG. 11, which is a cross-sectional elevational
`view of FIG. 6, not fully or clearly showing the exact configuration of internal features. The
`cross-sectional view shows elements not seenin any of the other figures, making it impossible
`to understand the exact depth and canfiguration of all internal surfaces only shown in a single
`view. See the annotated image below, whichincludes arrows that are pointing ta the elements
`of the design (shaded gray areas) that are indefinite and nan-enabling:

`Applicant may disclairn the areas or portions of the design which are considered indefinite and
`non-enabling in the rejection under 35 U.5.C. 112 {a} and (b} above by converting them to
`broker fines,

`Hf the applicant reduces features to broken lines in an atternpt to overcome the
`aforementioned rejection, a broken line statement should be included tn the specification
`preceding the claim statement such as the example below:

`~The broken lines showing portions of the dustpan in the drawings forra na part of the claimed

`The portions of the drawings pointed out by the Examiner are now disclaimed. Further,

`the specification is amended to include the broken line statement suggested by the Examiner.
