`The Office objects to the specification, stating that the specification includes figure

`descriptions for 14 figures rather than 7. Thus, the Office states that amendmentto the

`specification is required to reflect the 7 pending figures.

`Applicant respectfully calls attention to the preliminary amendmentfiled with the
`
`application on July 8, 2022. The July 8, 2022, preliminary amendmentcanceled the figure
`
`descriptions for Figures 8—14, also canceled in the July 8, 2022, preliminary amendment, and
`
`amendedthe figure description for Figure 1 to reflect the sole embodiment shownin the figures.
`
`Thus, the July 8, 2022 preliminary amendment implemented the amendments as suggested by the
`
`Office in the Action.
`
`The Action refers to a July 15, 2022 specification in issuing this objection; however, this
`
`documentwasfiled with Applicant’s Response to Pre-Exam Formalities Notice and Petition
`
`Under 37 CFR § 1.53(E)to illustrate that Applicant wasentitled to the July 8, 2022 filing date
`
`because a specification and claim werefiled on said filing date. As noted in the November4,
`
`2022, Decision on Petition, the Office agreed with Applicant, withdrawing the Notice of
`
`Incomplete Application on July 27, 2022, and issuing a newfiling receipt recognizing the July 8,
`
`2022, filing date as requested by Applicant. Accordingly, the Petition was dismissed as moot
`
`and the petition fee refunded. As such,the entirety of the July 8, 2022 preliminary
`
`amendment—notsimply the replacement drawings—was in compliance with 37 CFR §
`
`1.115(a)(1) andis part of the original disclosure.

`rectified the objections to the specification set forth in the Action. Therefore, Applicant

`respectfully requests withdrawalof the objections to the specification.

`Response to Drawing Objection
`
`The Office objects to the drawings due to a minor inconsistency between Figure 2 and
`
`Figures 1 and 3. Figure 2 has been amendedto bringit into conformity with Figures 1 and 3, as
`
`suggested by the Office in the Action. Specifically, Figure 2 has been amendedto illustrate the
`
`portion of the beverage dispenser abovetheleft, rear of the drip tray in solid lines. Support for
`
`this amendment can be foundin, inter alia, Figures 1 and 3; thus, the Replacement Sheet
`
`includes no new matter. Therefore, Applicant respectfully requests entry of the Replacement
`
`Sheet and withdrawalof this objection to the drawings.

`
`Information Disclosure Statement
`
`On September 15, 2023, Applicant’s Attorney Laken Adkins and Examiner Adams
`
`discussed the references that were struck through in the Information Disclosure Statementthat
`
`wasfiled on December 12, 2022. Per a voicemail from Examiner Adams to Laken Adkins on
`
`September 15, 2023, Applicant understandsthat the previously struck-through references will be
`
`considered andprinted on the patent. Applicant andits attorney thanks Examiner Adamsfor
`
`their time.
`

`
`Conclusion
`
`Uponentry of the amendments herein, Applicant respectfully submits that the application
`
`is in condition for allowance and requests that a Notice of Allowance be issued in due course.
