`Remarks
`
`BRUNNERet al.
`Application No. 29/795,780
`
`Based on the following remarks, Applicant respectfully requests that the Office reconsider
`
`the outstanding rejection and that it be withdrawn.
`
`Rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 112
`
`The claim is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112 as allegedly being indefinite and nonenabling.
`
`Office Action at 3. Applicant respectfully requests that the rejection be withdrawn because the
`
`rejection is based on canceled figures. The Appendix to the Office Action and the Office Action
`
`Summary indicate that the rejection is based on original Figures 1-7, filed on June 21, 2021.
`
`However, Applicant replaced original Figures 1-7 with replacement Figures 1—7 in the Preliminary
`
`Amendmentfiled on July 6, 2021. Accordingly, Applicant asks that the rejection under § 112 be
`
`withdrawn andthat the application be examined accounting for the July 6, 2021 amendment.
`
`Conclusion
`
`The stated ground of rejection has been properly traversed, accommodated, or rendered
`
`moot. Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the Office reconsider the outstanding rejection
`
`and that it be withdrawn. Applicant believes that a full and complete reply has been madeto the
`
`outstanding Office Action and, as such, the present application is in condition for allowance. If the
`
`Office believes, for any reason, that personal communication will expedite prosecution of this
`
`application, the Office is invited to telephone the undersigned at the numberprovided.
`
`Promptand favorable consideration of this Reply is respectfully requested.
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`
`STERNE, KESSLER, GOLDSTEIN & FOX P.L.L.C.
