`This is in response to the Ex Parte Quayle Action mailed March 7, 2012. The original

`period of response to the Office Action is a shortened statutory period of two (2) months from
`
`the mailing date. Accordingly, the time period for response is May 7, 2012. As evidenced by the
`
`Certificate of Electronic Transmission, this Responseis being timely submitted within the period
`
`for reply.
