`(57) [Overview]
`PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the clogging of crawler rubber shoes with soil in a li
`nk type crawler, in which a crawler rubber shoeis fitted to each link, by fitting the crawle
`r rubber shoes so that a clearance between the adjacent crawler rubber shoesis displace
`d from a link pin.
`SOLUTION: A rubber pad 2 is adhered to the outer surface of a crawler plate 1 by vulcan
`ization, and the rubber pad 2 and the crawler plate 1 are formed with bolt holes 3, 4, an
`d the crawler plate and the rubber pad 2 are fitted to a link 11 by these bolts. The links
`11 are connected to each other in order by link pins 12 so as to be formed to the endless
`-shape. Each bolt is inserted into a bolt hole 13 drilled in this link 11 from the crawler ru
`bber shoe side bolt holes 3, 4, and fixed by a nut. In this case, the bolt holes 3, 4 are dis
`placed forward (to the F side) so that a clearance S1 between the adjacent crawler rubbe
`r shoes is displaced from the link pin 12 at the time of fitting the crawler rubber shoe to
`the link 11. The soil, which is clogged in the clearance S1, is thereby discharged without
`a hindrance bythe link pin 12.
