`the foregoing remarks, Applicant respectfully requests reconsideration
`of this application and the timely allowance of the pending claims.

`Non-statutory Double-Patenting Rejection
`
`The Office rejects claims 22-55 on the ground of non-statutory double patenting
`
`as being unpatentable overclaims 1-4, 6-15, and 17-21 of any patents granted on

`disagrees with the rejection, in order to expedite patent grant, terminal disclaimers over

`the patents that issued from the named application numbers are filed herewith."

`It is therefore respectfully requested that the pending non-statutory double
`
`patenting rejections be withdrawn.
`
`CONCLUSION
`
`In view of the foregoing amendments and remarks, Applicant respectfully

`requests reconsideration of this application and the timely allowance of the pending
`
`claims.
