`resonator 76 are formed, respectively. (See paragraph [0096]). This is clearly shownin
`FIG. 1 of Seo, wherea partial area of the allegedfirst coupling layer 75-1 is interposed
`between the alleged sound generator 27 and the alleged display device 70.

`As shown above, however,the allegedfirst coupling layer 75-1 of Seo overlaps the
`alleged sound generator 27 in a thickness direction as necessarily being positioned
`between the alleged sound generator 27 and the display panel 70.

`In addition, the alleged intermediate layer 76 overlaps the alleged sound generator 27.

`As such, Seoalsofails to disclose or suggest“the first coupling layer and the
`intermediate layer do not overlap the sound generator in a thickness direction of the
`display panel.”
