`PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arganic
`EL (etecteaiuminescent} davice improving the
`amission efficiency of the devine, sufficiently
`ansuring driving stability and having shnple
`consiiiution. ; SOLUTION: The organic EL devin
`has a light-emitting layer between an anode anda
`cathode laminated onto a substrate. The light-
`amilting layer comprises a phosphorescence-
`emitting dapant and a compound of the light-emitting
`layer having a structure in which a diphenyifuorene
`skeleton capresented by formula (13 is bonded ta a
`carbazole skeleton with 2 linking group as a host
`
