`Request for Abandonment ofthe Contest Pursuant to 37 C.F.R.

`§ 42.73(b)(4) (“Request”). Paper 43. In the Request, Patent Ownerrequests

`that we allow it to abandonthe contest and that the Board enter adverse
`
`judgment against it under 37 C.F.R. § 42.73(b)(4). Request 1.

`“A party may requestjudgmentagainstitself at any time during a

`proceeding.” 37C.F.R. § 42.73(b). Thus, we grant Patent Owner’s Request.
