`
`U.S. Patent App. No. 15/871,047, filed January 14, 2018;
`
`U.S. Patent App. No. 17/340,338, filed June 7, 2021;
`
`U.S. Provisional Patent App. No. 62/617,274, filed January 14, 2018;
`
`U.S. Provisional Patent App. No. 62/617,152, filed January 12, 2018; and
`
`PCT App. Pub. No. WO 2019/140,335, filed January 12, 2019
`
`(the “Inventions”).

`WACis the sole assignee ofall inventors of the Inventions andts the assignee and patent owner
`of the entire right, title and interest of the Inventions.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 1.324(b)(2), and 35 U.S.C. § 256, WAC agrees to change inventorship
`of the Inventions to add Kevin Darrah as an inventor of the Inventions.
