`
`REMARKS
`
`This Amendment and Response is submitted in reply to the final Office Action dated
`
`June 25, 2019, in which the Examiner:

`rejected claims 1—3, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over US.
`
`Patent No. 2,043,643 to Yenne (hereinafter “Yenne”) in view of US. Patent No.
`
`2,270,593 to Kurath (hereinafter “Kurath”);
`
`rejected claim 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Yenne, Kurath, and further
`
`in view of US. Patent Publication No. 2008/0029415 to Wang (hereinafter “Wang”);
`
`rejected claim 8 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Yenne, Kurath, and further
`
`in view of US. Patent Publication No. 2006/0201951 to Cingel (hereinafter “Cingel”);
`
`rejected claim 17 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Yenne, Kurath, and further
`
`in view of US. Patent No. 6,142,323 to Veil, Sr. (hereinafter “Veil”); and
`
`indicated claims 12, 15, and 16 would be allowable if rewritten in independent form
`
`including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
`
`Applicant appreciates the Examiner’s careful review of this application and respectfully
`
`addresses and traverses the rejections below. The current Amendment amends claims 1, 12, and
`

`
`these amendments, and support may be found throughout the application as filed. Claims 1, 12,
`

`
`103
`
`Pursuant to the indication of allowable subject matter, independent claim 1 has been
`
`amended to include the recitations of the allowable claim 16, which previously depended directly
