`Assignment of Invention
`
`WHEREAS, ATRENTA, INC., a Delaware company, having an address of 2077 Gateway Place, Ste.
`300, San Jose, California 95110 (hereinafter referred to as “Assignee”) is desirous of acquiring the
`entire right, title and interest in and to the application, and to the subject invention and improvements
`thereon, any related divisionals, continuations and continuationLin-part applications, as well as any
`foreign counterparts, and in and to Letters Patent thereon when granted in the United States and foreign
`countries;
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One US. Dollar ($1.00) and for other'good and
`valuable consideration from the Assignee, the receipt and sufiiciency of which in full are hereby
`acknowledged by the undersigned, I/we do hereby sell, assign, transfer and convey unto the Assignee
`the entire, right, title and interest in and to the application, and to the subject invention and
`improvements thereon, any related divisionals, continuations, continuations-in—part and reissue
`applications, as well as any foreign counterparts, and in and to Letters Patent thereon when granted in
`the United States and foreign countries.

`FURTHER, I/we, the undersigned, acknowledge an obligation and hereby covenant and agree to assist
`the Assignee, as needed, during prosecution ofthe application, any related application(s) and foreign
`counterpart(s), and after the issuance of any and all patents, including (a) prompt execution of all
`papers (prepared at the expense of the Assignee) which are deemed necessary or desirable by Assignee
`to perfect in it the right, title and interest herein conveyed; (b) prompt execution of all petitions, oaths,
`affidavits, declarations, specifications or other papers (prepared at the expense of the Assignee) which
`are deemed necessary or desirable by Assignee for prosecuting the application, for filing and
`prosecuting any related divisionals, continuations, continuations—in part and reissue applications in the
`United States and/or foreign countries covering the invention and/or improvements thereof; (0) prompt
`conveyance of filfl and complete information to the Assignee and/or its legal representatives
`responsible for prosecuting the application regarding any prior art known to the undersigned that may
`be material to patentability of the claimed invention in compliance with the undersigned’s duty of
`disclosure; and (d) prompt assistance and cooperation in the prosecution of any interference
`proceedings, derivation proceedings, inter partes review proceedings, post—grant review proceedings,
`reexamination proceedings, and adjudication of the Letters Patent, particularly by the disclosure of
`facts and production of evidence relating to the subject invention and improvements thereon, provided
`the expenses that may be incurred by the undersigned in lending such assistance and cooperation shall
`be paid by the Assignee.

`I/we hereby authorize and request the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to
`issue any United States Patent to the Assignee of the entire right, title and interest in and to the same for
`the sole use and benefit of the Assignee, its heirs, successors, assigns and/or other legal representatives
`to the full end of the term for which such Patent may be granted, as fully and entirely as the same
`would have been held by me/us had this assignment and sale not been made.
