`
`In the species election requirement mailed October 18, 2019, the Examiner indicated
`
`that Applicant was required to elect species as follows:
`
`1) asingle non-gelatin polymeric film-forming material (HPMC, HPC,etc);and
`
`2) any additional components (e.g., NONE, the pH modifiercitric acid, sodium
`
`dihydrogen, the flavor orange flavor,etc).
`
`In response, Applicant elects carboxymethylcellulose (CMC)as the “at least one non-gelatin
`
`film-forming material”, citric acid as the “pH modifier”, and disoditumhydrogen phosphate as
`
`an additional agent recited in claim 11. Claims reading on the elected species include claims
`
`1-14. These elections are made withouttraverse.
