`Reply dated December 17, 2019
`Response to Office Action of September 17, 2019
`
`REMARKS
`
`Claims 1, 6, 7, 9, 13, 17, 18, 21, 22, and 26 have been amended, and claims 4, 5, and
`
`20 have been canceled without prejudice or disclaimer. Accordingly, claims 1-3, 6-19, and 21-
`
`43 are currently pending in the Application, of which claims 1, 6, 7, 9, 13, 17, 18, 22, 26, and 30
`
`are independent. Applicants appreciate the indication that claims 30-43 are allowed and that
`
`claims 5-7, 9, 12-17, 20-22, and 26-29 contain allowable subject matter. No new matter has
`
`been added.
`
`In view of the above amendments and the following Remarks, Applicants respectfully
`
`request reconsideration and timely withdrawal of the pending objections and rejections for the
`
`reasons discussed below.
`
`Claim Objections and Allowable Subject Matter
`
`The Examiner has indicated that claims 5-7, 9, 12-17, 20-22, and 26-29 are objected to
`
`for depending from a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent
`
`form. Claim 1 has been amended to recite the features of allowable dependent claim 5 and
`
`intervening claim 4, both of which have been canceled without prejudice or disclaimer. Claims 6,
`
`7, 9, 13, 17, 22, and 26 have been amended to be in independent form. Claim 18 has been
`
`amended to recite the features of allowable dependent claim 20, which has been canceled.
`
`Accordingly, Applicants submit that claims 5-7, 9, 12-17, 20-22, and 26-29, which
`
`depend from claims 1 and 18, are in condition for allowance.
`
`Applicants appreciate the indication that claims 30-43 are allowed.

`Reply dated December 17, 2019
`Response to Office Action of September 17, 2019
`
`Rejections under 35 U.S.C. § 103
`
`Claims 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 11, 18, 19, and 23-25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
`
`allegedly being unpatentable over U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2010/0150513,
`
`applied for by Zhang, ef al. (“Zhang”) in view of U.S. Patent Application Publication No.
`
`2011/0069014, applied for by Huang, etal. (“Huang”). Applicants respectfully traverse this
`
`rejection for at least the following reasons.
`
`As noted above, claim 1 has been amended to recite the features of allowable
`
`dependent claim 5 and intervening claim 4, both of which have been canceled without prejudice
`
`or disclaimer. Claim 18 has been amended to recite the portion of allowable dependent claim 26
`
`which is identical to the indicated allowable subject matter of claim 13.
`
`Accordingly, Applicants respectfully request withdrawal of the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection
`
`of claims 1 and 18. Claims 2, 8, 10, 11, 19, and 23-25 depend from claims 1 and 18 and are
`
`allowable at least for this reason. Since none of the alleged prior art of record, whether taken
`
`alone or in any combination, discloses or suggests all the features of the claimed subject matter,
`
`Applicants respectfully submit that independent claims 1 and 18, and all the claims that depend
`
`therefrom, are allowable.
`
`Claim 3 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as allegedly being unpatentable over
`
`Zhang in view of Huang and further in view of U.S. Patent Application Publication No.
`
`2013/0335365, applied for by Kim, etal. (“Kim”). Applicants respectfully traverse this rejection
`
`for at least the following reasons.
`
`Applicants respectfully submit that claim 2 is allowable over Zhang in view of Huang, and
`
`Kim fails to cure the deficiencies of Zhang in view of Huang noted above with regard to claim 2.
`
`Hence, claim 3 is allowable at least because it depends from an allowable claim 1.

`
`its dependency from canceled claim 20 to pending claim 18.

`
