`In response to the Non-Final Office Action mailed November 21, 2019, Applicant

`respectfully requests consideration of the claims provided herein. Claims 115-136 are currently
`
`pending. Claims 137-151 are cancelled. Claims 115-124 and 126-136 have been allowed. Claim 125
`
`is amended. The amendments are supported by the specification as filed,
`
`including, inter alia,
`
`paragraphs [O42], [062], [154], [181], [187] and original claim 13 as filed. No new matter has been
`
`added.

`The Examiner has indicated that claims 115-124 and 126-136 have been allowed. Office

`sequence disclosures that are

`encompassed by the definitions for nucleotide and/or amino acid sequences set forth in 37 CFR

`1.821(a)(1) and (a)(2), with the Examiner indicating that specifically, paragraphs 329, 332, 334, 337,

`339, 346 and 350 contain nucleic acid sequences without identifying SEQ ID NOS. Office Action at

`Applicant respectfully submits that an amendment to the specification was filed on July 10,
`
`2018, wherein the specification was amended to comply with 37 CFR 1821-1825. Specifically,

`Applicant respectfully submits that paragraphs 329, 332, 334, 337, 339, 346 and 350 was amended
`
`to contain nucleic acid sequences with identifying SEQ ID NOs.
`
`Applicant respectfully requests the rejection be withdrawn.

`Claim 125 has been rejected under 35 USC 112(b) as allegedly being indefinite for failing to

`particularly point out or distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor, or
`
`for pre-AIA the applicant regards as the invention. Office Action at pp. 3-4. More specifically, the
