`respectfully requested that the information be expressly considered during the prosecution of the

`above-identified application, and that the references be made of record therein and appear among
`
`the “References Cited” on any patent to issue therefrom.

`This Information Disclosure Statement is filed more than three months after the filing
`
`date of this application, OR more than three months after the date of entry of the national stage in
`
`the international application, AND after the mailing date of a first Office Action on the merits, but
`
`before the mailing date of any of a Final Action under 37 C.F.R. § 1.113, a Notice of Allowance
`
`under 37 C.F.R. § 1.311 or an action that otherwise closes prosecution in this application (37

`C.F.R. § 1.97(c)).

`July 25, 2017 and relied on in the above-identified application for an earlier effective filing date

`The Applicant would like to advise the Examiner of the following patents and co-
`
`pending applications, including the contents of the file wrapper, claims, and any Office Actions or
`
`Notices of Allowances issued therein, as these applications/patents contain subject matter that may
`
`be related to the present application. By bringing these applications/patents to the Examiner’s
`
`attention, Applicant does not waive the confidentiality provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 122. Further,
`
`copies of any unpublished co-pending applications that have been scanned to the Image File
`
`Wrapper system and are available via PAIR are not provided as the Office has waived the
`
