`first portion of the encoded data.” Therefore, Samuellson still reads on the claim language. Examiner has proposed
`an exemplary amendment to independent claim 1 which would overcome the prior art. Further consideration is
`required by applicant. Examiner agreed to wait until Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019 before filing a final action. No
`agreement was reached.
