`Upon entry ofthe foregoing amendment, claims 1-4, 6-13, 18-22, 28, 30-33, 35, 36, 40, 49,

`and 58-77 are pending in the application, with claims 1, 7, and 8 being the independent claims.
`
`Claims 1, 3, 4, 6-8, ll, 12, 18-22, and 58-61 are sought to be amended to clarify the nature of the
`
`invention. Support for these changes can be found throughout the specification, inter alia, at page
`
`53, lines 2-4, and page 93, lines 1-5. These changes are believed to introduce no new matter, and
`
`their entry is respectfully requested.
`
`Based on the above amendment and the following remarks, Applicant respectfully requests
`
`that the Examiner reconsider all outstanding objections and rejections and that they be withdrawn.

`Priority Objection
`
`The Office alleged that claims 19-22 do not benefit of the earliest priority date. (Office
`
`Action, page 3.) Applicants respectfully disagree with the Office's characterization of the effective
`
`filing date of these claims. Applicant reserves the right to prove that the claims should be afforded
`
`the earlier priority dates of the foreign priority documents at a later date, should the need arise.
`

`Objection to the Specification
`
`The specification was objected to because the Brief Description of the Drawings allegedly
`
`failed to comply with 37 CFR § l.84(p)(5), which requires every reference character to be described
`
`in the brief description. (Office Action, page 5.) The Brief Description of the Drawings has been
`
`amended to ensure that every view of the drawings is described and that the references to the figures
`
`in the Brief Description correspond to the figures as numbered.
`
