`a first dielectric between the emitter and the back surface;

`a front electrode disposed on the front surface of the substrate and is coupled to

`the second—doped diffusion region;

`a second dielectric on the front surface of the substrate;

`an anti—reflective coating on the second dielectric; and
`
`a back electrode disposed on the .back surface of the substrate.
